Per the Appraisal Board, licensees are ineligible to receive continuing education credit for the same course completed more than once in the last year.

Since Georgia approved appraisal courses are also approved for Georgia real estate CE credit, any Georgia appraiser who also holds a Georgia real estate license will automatically receive credit hours for both classifications.
